I booked and stayed at Kashiwaya Ryokan 2 years ago with my partner. The staff there are respectful, helpful, and friendly. The location in the mountains and accommodation is absolutely gorgeous. The food was delicious. All 3 private onsens and service are fantastic. This place is one of the many reasons I wish to return to Japan in the future.
