Friendly, relaxed, elegant ryokan

My husband and I stayed at Kashiwaya a few years ago and still think of it fondly. In particular, the private rotenburo outside bath was amazing. The food was terrific. The hospitality was warm and genuine. Definitely the best place to stay in town.
