A true Japanese onsen!!

I had the fortunate opportunity to stay at Kashiwaya Ryokan and it was everything I imagined it to be and then some! The service was impeccible, and although there may of been times when we didn’t know the words (either myself in Japanese or the staff in English) we always found a way to understand one another. The mountainous views are nice followed by the tranquil sound of the river across the road really helped put me into a state of relaxation. Being vegan I didn’t think I would be able to stay at a ryokan but they provide an extremely delicious vegan package that exceeded my expectations! (Onaka ippai) If you’re hesistant about staying here, don’t be it’ll be the best decision you could make. The only downside was that I didn’t book more than one night! Next time in in Japan I will definitely be back!
